the long table dinner for australia day [the first supper under the sea circus big top] was a resounding success. from the fairy light lit roof to the cocktails, the brilliant speeches to the sharer concept, the place settings to the RIDICULOUSLY, no OFFENSIVELY good food - everything was amazing.

champagne and oysters
check out our new samples back from the metal works…
first up is our oyster holder. inspired by the fabulous georgie o’connor, these are made from local, used gas bottles. we got our metal guy to cut them in half, powder coat the inside white and brush the outside back to give a nice raw, industrial feel. then we added ice, freshly shucked oysters and some of stuart’s nahm jim...

in mid-Jan, we went on a visa run to singapore to pick up our spangly new residence visas and work permits. Travis Lane McKinnon Hamilton esq. was kind enough to put us up in his more than allwhite apartment, and take us out to some of the best restaurants in town….
